Project Showcase – Custom designed Home

The design and construction of this new custom home, was the second project that VJAS has completed for this client.

This 4 bedroom home, built around a water feature, was challenging in that it required special consideration for the levels of the block that were in place.

By modifying a number of the construction methods, VJAS was able to reduce the number of retaining walls that were required, and so reduce the cost of construction for the client.
